The Degreaser cleaning principle is based on the evaporation of a solvent in what is referred to as the "cleaning chamber". The evaporated solvent, on its way to the upper portion of the chamber, condenses at the condensation coil causing the vapors to change their state to liquid. The liquefied solvent flows back to a rinse sump where the impurities are sank and clean solvent overflows back to the cleaning chamber. The Degreaser can be further equipped with an ultrasonic apparatus, rinse hoses, etc.
The solvents in use stand to the environmental demands and are considered ecological substances. The solvent vaporizes at 40-65°C what makes it economical in terms of energy consumption and user safety.

Cleaning metal components with direct high pressure fluid spray is an aggressive method, to remove dirt and contaminants from narrow passages and places with limited access.
This method allows removal of grease, oil, corrosion, etc, and can be integrated with a brushing operation.
The developed systems, are capable of cleaning with pressure of up to 100 bar while utilizing special enclosures.
The cleaning efficacy is dependent on the pressure and system flow rate.
